This is a translation for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.
1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to all contracts for Raidy's paid plans (raidy.app) between Ranfred Software, owner Sven Gabriel, Am Klagesmarkt 43, 30159 Hannover, Germany ("provider") and its customers ("you"). Contact: conoar@gmail.com.
Raidy's basic features (Discord bot, raid planning, loot, addon) and the Free plan are free of charge; these terms apply to them accordingly, without any payment obligation.
Conflicting terms of the customer do not apply.
2. Services
Raidy is a web application with a Discord bot for organising raids in World of Warcraft. A plan applies to one guild (one Discord server). The scope and limits of each plan (e.g. number of raid groups, access to and calls of the AI assistant via MCP) are shown on the guild's plan page as valid at the time of purchase.
The provider operates Raidy with the care customary for a hobby and side-business service. No specific availability is promised; maintenance, outages at Discord, Blizzard, Stripe, hosting or database providers and force majeure may temporarily limit use.
The provider may develop Raidy further and change individual features as long as the essential services of the booked plan are preserved. Raidy is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment or Discord.
3. Conclusion of contract
Only a guild's leadership can book a plan. By clicking the subscribe button in Stripe's checkout you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded once payment (for the free trial under section 5: the payment method) is confirmed and you are returned to Raidy. The contract language is German.
The contracting party is the person who pays. The subscription belongs to that person and applies to one guild.
4. Prices and payment
The prices shown at checkout apply. They are final prices; no VAT is charged under the German small-business rule (§ 19 UStG).
Payment is made in advance for the chosen period (monthly or yearly) via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. using the payment methods offered there. Stripe issues invoices on the provider's behalf; you find them in the customer portal ("Manage subscription").
If a charge fails, Stripe retries it. If payment is not made, the plan ends and the guild falls back to Free.
5. Introductory offer and free trial
Forever introductory offer. Until 31 December 2026, 23:59 (German time), a guild's leadership can unlock the Guild plan for free. By clicking the corresponding button on the plan page, a free-of-charge contract for the Guild plan for that guild is concluded. The offer can be used only once per guild; it does not apply to sponsored guilds or to guilds that already have a plan. No payment data is collected for it.
The introductory offer ends automatically on 31 December 2026, 23:59 (German time); after that the guild falls back to Free. It is not converted automatically into a paid subscription. The guild leadership can book a paid plan separately at any time; from then on, that plan applies.
Free trial. A guild's first subscription starts with a free trial of 30 days. A payment method is required for this. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically into a paid subscription after 30 days; the first payment then becomes due, and sections 4 and 6 apply otherwise. You can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost, in the customer portal or by e-mail.
The free trial is available only once per guild. It does not apply if the guild already had a subscription or has used the introductory offer, nor when taking over an expiring subscription under section 7.
6. Term, renewal and cancellation
A subscription runs for one month or one year and renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time, without giving reasons, effective at the end of the current period, in the customer portal or by e-mail; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
You change plans in the customer portal. An upgrade applies immediately and the remaining value of the current period is credited pro rata. A downgrade or a shorter period applies from the next period.
The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.
7. Changing guilds and leaving a guild
You can transfer your subscription under "My area · Subscriptions" to another guild you lead that has no running subscription of its own.
If you leave or are removed from the guild your subscription applies to, it no longer renews there; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. You can transfer it or explicitly keep paying. The guild leadership can take the plan over at the end of the period. This does not create a right to a refund for the current period.
8. Obligations when using Raidy
You use Raidy only within applicable law and the rules of Discord and Blizzard. You keep access credentials (e.g. personal API tokens for the AI assistant) secret. Automated access is only permitted through the interfaces provided for it and within the limits of the plan.
In case of serious or repeated violations the provider may block access.
9. Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act.
For slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes the contract possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may rely) liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded.
10. Data protection
How Raidy processes personal data is described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
The provider may change these terms for the future if there is a valid reason (e.g. new features, changes in law). Changes are announced at least six weeks before they take effect via a notice in Raidy or by e-mail. If you do not object within this period, they are deemed accepted; the notice points out this consequence. If you object, you may cancel effective on the date the change takes effect. Price changes only apply from the next period and only with your consent.
12. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
The provider is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Should a provision be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.
