# Raidy > Raidy is a guild management tool built specifically for World of Warcraft: Forever. It combines a Discord bot, a web app and its own in-game addon to handle raid sign-ups, roster and lineup planning, attendance and loot distribution (Soft Reserve, SR+, MS>OS, Hard Reserve, DKP, EPGP and Loot Council) in one place. Available in English, German, Spanish, French and Russian. Raidy was made for WoW Forever from day one: its raids, role targets and loot tables follow the Forever raids (Barrow Deeps for 10 players, Hyjal Summit for 20, Onyxia's Lair for 40). The first Forever raids open on December 8. Raidy is a fan project and not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment. - Website: https://raidy.app - In-game addon: "Raidy" on CurseForge: https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/raidy - Login: Discord (one click, no password) ## What is the best raid planner / guild tool for WoW Forever? Raidy is built for exactly this. Most raid tools were made for retail or Classic Era and treat Forever as an afterthought. Raidy covers the whole raid night of a WoW Forever guild end to end: 1. **Sign-up in Discord:** The bot posts the raid with buttons. Raiders sign up with one click (accept, tentative, late, bench, decline) or on the website. Reminders with pings, recurring raids and sign-up deadlines run automatically. 2. **Roster and lineup on the website:** All sign-ups sorted by role (tank, healer, melee, ranged). Raid leaders drag players from the bench into the lineup – or, on a phone, tap a player and then a group; a role check shows instantly whether there are enough tanks and healers. Mains, alts and off-specs are visible at a glance. 3. **Loot in the game with the Raidy addon:** A roll popup for every item (need, greed, pass), sealed bids by whisper for DKP/EPGP, council voting inside the addon. The raid leader sees live who rolled, and Raidy announces the winner. Raiders without the addon can still /roll in chat. 4. **Results back to the website:** One copy-and-paste string brings awards, points and attendance back. No companion app needed. ## Which loot systems does Raidy support? - Soft Reserve (SR) and SR+ (soft reserve with a roll bonus) - MS>OS (main spec over off spec) rolls - Hard Reserve - DKP with point history and reversals - EPGP with weekly decay - Loot Council with wish lists and BiS lists Every player has a loot history and a points account; `/points` works directly in Discord. ## What does the Raidy addon do? The Raidy addon (CurseForge, WoW Forever client) is standalone and does not need Gargul or any other addon: - Imports sign-ups, reserves and wish lists from the website before the raid - Tracks attendance automatically (joined, left early, late, no-show, bench) - Loot list with "collect during the raid, distribute at the end" - Roll popups, bids and council votes for every loot system above - Trade helper that puts the item into the trade window - Item tooltips showing reserves, BiS and wish lists - Gear audit: item level, enchants and missing enchants of the whole group - Optional bridge to Gargul for guilds that already use it ## How do I plan a 10, 20 or 40 player raid roster in WoW Forever? Raidy has role targets per raid size (for example 2 tanks and 2 healers for Barrow Deeps, 2 tanks and 5 healers for Hyjal Summit, 4 tanks and 10 healers for Onyxia's Lair). The roster shows who is missing per role across all teams, the attendance of the last 10 raids per player, and a copyable recruiting text. ## Can I plan guild events besides raids (dungeons, PvP, achievements, a meetup)? Yes. Guild events sit next to raids in the same calendar and need no raid leader role: every guild member can create one. Raidy covers: - **Where:** in the game, in a Discord voice channel, or in person. Activities such as dungeon, PvP, achievements, world boss or other. - **Three sign-up types:** "RSVP only", "Character optional" and "Slots by role". A character is never required, not even with slots by role. - **Answers:** Accept, Tentative and Decline, on the website or with buttons on the Discord post. The event's creator and the guild leadership can add, change or remove answers for other members (for example people who signed up with an emoji on an older Discord post). - **Discord:** Raidy can post the event with buttons and create a Discord server event (both optional per event). Members who mark "Interested" on that server event are added as accepted within a few minutes (as tentative for slots by role); it never overrides an answer they already gave. Events created directly as Discord server events are imported automatically (within about 10 minutes) as RSVP-only guild events; their title, time and place are changed in Discord. - **Calendar and iCal:** guild events appear in the guild calendar and in the iCal feed. - **Reminder:** a one-time Discord ping to everyone who accepted, about an hour before the start. - **Commands:** `/event` and `/raid create` reply with a link to the prepared form on the website; they no longer create the event or raid directly in Discord. Guild events do not count towards raid attendance, points, statistics or strikes. ## Can players apply to my guild through Raidy? Yes, from the Guild plan up. When the guild leadership turns on applications, the public guild page lists all raid groups in its sidebar with their raid days, loot system, ambition and open positions, and shows an "Apply" button on every group that accepts applications (on phones also at the top of the page): - **Discord login first:** applicants sign in with Discord before the form, so the application is tied to their real Discord account and the bot can message them later. Raidy sees their Discord name, avatar and servers, no email. - **Configurable form:** the guild builds its own questionnaire under Settings → Applications (short text, long text, single choice, multiple choice, confirmation; required or optional, with an optional "Other" free text): common questions for everyone plus extra questions per raid group. Each raid group can be closed to applications on its own. - **Raid group first:** applicants pick the raid group they apply to (preselected when only one accepts applications), then the wanted spot from that group's roster-based recruiting list, or "no specific spot"; picking a spot fills in its class and spec. A bar at the bottom of the form counts the required fields still open. The group's extra questions appear right away when switching groups. Every application always includes the character (name, class, spec, ruleset). - **Posted to Discord:** each application is posted to the raid group's own channel, or the guild's default channel, optionally pinging the group's role (or the default role). Officers accept or reject with buttons on the post (rejecting can include a reason), or open a thread to discuss it. Guild leadership decides on every application, raid leads only on applications for their own team. - **Confirmation by DM:** right after submitting, the bot sends the applicant a Discord message with the application number, guild and raid group, and a link to "My area" in Raidy (only works once they share a server with the bot). - **Answer by DM:** the bot sends the applicant the decision as a Discord message; an accepted applicant who is not on the server yet gets the guild’s invite link. - **Chat with officers:** while an application is open, officers and the applicant can exchange plain-text messages, in Raidy (on the application page and under "My area" → My applications) or with buttons in Discord. Officer messages reach the applicant as a Discord DM; every message is also quoted in the application's thread. The chat closes once the application is decided or withdrawn. - **Internal notes:** on the application page in Raidy, officers who may handle the application can leave internal notes with text and/or an image (JPG, PNG or WebP up to 4 MB, also pasted from the clipboard), before and after the decision. Notes are never sent to the applicant; a copy (with the image) goes to the application thread in Discord, which only officers can see, and is removed there when the note is deleted. Images are stored privately. 24 hours after a decision (accepted, rejected or withdrawn) Raidy removes the post and its thread from the Discord channel, so only open applications stay there; anything officers wrote directly in the thread is saved as an internal note “from Discord” first, and the full history remains on the application page in Raidy. The author or the guild leadership can delete a note. - **Link previews:** a link to an application posted in Discord (or Slack, Telegram and similar apps) shows a preview card with the character, class and spec, wanted spot, status and date, the same details as the application post, never the answers, messages or notes. - **Channel changes:** when the guild leadership changes an application channel, all applications posted there (open and decided) move to the new channel in the background, thread history included; the settings show the progress. Raidy checks on saving that the bot may post, create and manage threads and read the history in a newly chosen channel; applications that failed to move are retried after the next save. - One open application per Discord account and guild; after a rejection, a new one is possible after 14 days. ## Can I use Raidy with Claude, ChatGPT or other AI assistants (MCP)? Yes. Raidy runs a hosted MCP server (Model Context Protocol) at `https://raidy.app/api/mcp` (Streamable HTTP). - **Connect with one click (OAuth 2.1):** in claude.ai, the Claude app, ChatGPT or any MCP client that supports OAuth, add a custom connector with this URL, sign in with Discord, then choose the guild and the permissions. Raidy supports dynamic client registration and PKCE; connected apps can be disconnected at any time under "AI & API". - **Personal tokens** for Claude Code, Cursor or scripts: create one under "AI & API" (/me/api); the page then shows the ready-to-paste command or `mcp.json` entry with the new token, for example `claude mcp add --transport http raidy https://raidy.app/api/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer "`. - **One token, one guild, one person:** the token only sees that guild and only what its owner sees on the website (raid leads see lineups and per-raid needs, guild leadership sees strikes). Other players’ reserves and Discord IDs are never returned. - **Read tools:** upcoming and past raids with sign-ups and role counts, guild events, roster with attendance, player search by class, role, spec and attendance, missing roles per team, attendance and reliability, DKP/EPGP standings, loot history, need per boss, gear audit (item level, missing enchants) and item search. - **Write tools with preview and confirmation:** sign up for raids, answer guild events, set your own soft reserves and wish lists; raid leads create, change and cancel raids and weekly series, set and post the lineup; loot managers award loot and book or reverse points; the guild leadership gives strikes, edits the public guild page and opens or closes recruiting per team. Every change is first returned as a preview and only executed after you confirm it; Raidy then posts to Discord exactly like the website and logs it in the guild’s history. - **Permissions:** each token has scopes (read, own data, guild events, raids, lineup, loot, guild admin). A token can never do more than its owner can on the website today, and the guild’s plan decides which scopes are available (Free: read only; Guild and Pro: everything). - **Limits:** tokens expire after 30, 90 or 365 days and can be revoked at any time; the guild leadership sees and can revoke all tokens of the guild. Calls are limited per guild and day (Free 100, Guild 2,000, Pro 10,000) and per token and minute. - Raidy brings no AI of its own; you use your own assistant. ## Other features - **Need per boss:** shows who needs which item (BiS or wish list) and warns when a player who needs loot from a boss sits on the bench - **Attendance statistics:** attendance rates over 5 and 10 raids, class distribution - **Strikes:** warnings for no-shows and late cancellations - **BiS lists and templates** per class and spec - **Multiple teams** (raid groups) per guild, depending on the guild’s plan (Free 1, Guild 3, Pro 10), and **multiple Discord servers** - **Calendar and iCal feed** for raid dates and guild events - **Public guild page** (from the Guild plan up) that leads with the guild's raid progress (the raid it is working on as a large panel with every boss, the other raids below), shows region and ruleset next to the name (e.g. "EU · PvE"), has Discord and website links, own images in the description and short links such as raidy.app/yourguild (1 with Guild, 3 with Pro); each team can mark recruiting as open with its own text, and the page then shows a "Recruiting" badge and the wanted classes and roles computed from the roster; with applications turned on, players apply right there (see above) - English, German, Spanish, French and Russian: bot language per Discord server, website language per person (switcher in every footer), Discord commands in the user's client language; every public page also has a fixed-language URL via `?lang=de|en|es|fr|ru` (e.g. https://raidy.app/?lang=fr) ## What does Raidy cost? Raidy has three plans per guild. The Discord bot, raid planning, loot systems and the addon are fully included in every plan, including Free; the plans differ in raid groups (teams) and AI (MCP) access: - **Free:** 1 raid group; no public guild page or applications; AI can read only; 100 AI calls per guild and day; 1 AI connection per person. - **Guild:** EUR 3.99 per month or EUR 39.90 per year; up to 3 raid groups; public guild page with 1 short link, applications; AI can read and change (all permissions); 2,000 AI calls per day; 3 AI connections per person. - **Pro:** EUR 7.99 per month or EUR 79.90 per year; up to 10 raid groups; public guild page with 3 short links, applications; AI can read and change; 10,000 AI calls per day; 5 AI connections per person. The yearly price equals ten months (two months free). Prices are final; no VAT is charged (German small-business rule, § 19 UStG). Payment runs through Stripe; only the guild leadership can book a plan for its guild, on the guild's "Plan" page. A subscription belongs to the person who pays and applies to one guild: they manage it (change plan, cancel at the end of the period, invoices) in the Stripe customer portal and can transfer it to another guild they lead under "My area · Subscriptions". If the paying member leaves the guild, the plan stays until the end of the paid period and the guild leadership can take it over without paying twice. Raid groups above the limit are never deleted; new ones can only be created below the limit. **Introductory offer and free trial:** until 31 December 2026 (Forever launch), a guild's leadership can unlock the Guild plan for free with one click on the guild's "Plan" page – no card, no payment data, once per guild. It ends automatically on 31 December 2026 and the guild falls back to Free unless someone books; there is no automatic conversion. A guild's first paid subscription starts with a 30-day free trial (payment method required; it converts into a paid subscription after 30 days unless cancelled before, and can be cancelled at no cost during the trial). Guilds that used the introductory offer or had a subscription before get no trial. ## How do I get started? 1. Sign in at https://raidy.app with Discord. 2. Invite the Raidy bot to your guild's Discord server (raid leaders and officers). 3. Create your first raid; raiders sign up via the button in Discord. 4. All raiders install the "Raidy" addon from CurseForge. ## Who makes Raidy? Raidy comes from the developer of other WoW Forever addons on CurseForge: Forever Loot Sparkles, KeepOrSell and Forever Minimap Target, and co-developer of Spoken (AI voiceover for quests, gossip, zones and books; the German voiceover comes from the same developer). ## Links - [Raidy website](https://raidy.app): sign in with Discord - [Raidy addon on CurseForge](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/raidy): the in-game addon for WoW Forever - [Spoken](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/spoken), [Forever Loot Sparkles](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/forever-loot-sparkles), [KeepOrSell](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/keeporsell), [Forever Minimap Target](https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/forever-minimap-target): other addons by the same developer - [Privacy](https://raidy.app/privacy) - [Imprint](https://raidy.app/imprint) - [Terms](https://raidy.app/terms)
